Smartlend has created a proprietary Loan Management System (LMS) that provides our clients with the necessary tools and resources to house all aspects of the loan process, from the beginning to the end of the loan cycle. From the underwriting waterfall to the last successful loan payment, our LMS system stores all relevant data for each loan application that enters into the system.
As with all types of technology and web development, our Loan Management System is continually improved to benefit the needs of our client base. We allow our clients to choose what features they’d like access to and encourage them to request additional features that would be beneficial to the needs of their business. Our development team is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the software, so our LMS is a continual work in progress.
